Caramel Pudding
Caramel Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with unopened can(s) of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk and serve with whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Remove can labels.
Using a canner or other large pan, boil unopened cans of Eagle Brand for 4 hours.
Keep water line above cans!
(Great to do on cold, dry winter days!)
After cooked, store unopened can(s) in cupboard.
Chill when ready to use. Open can at both ends and push out roll of caramel pudding.
Slice (and maybe halve or quarter the slices) and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
