Caramel Popcorn Hearts
Caramel Popcorn Hearts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. karo syrup, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil sugar, syrup, butter and cream of tartar for 5 minutes. Quickly stir in baking soda and vanilla (it will foam, but it's okay).
Stir 10 minutes.
Pour over popcorn; toss to cover and press into a greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 200° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into hearts with a large cookie cutter. Return to 200° oven for 10 minutes.
Wrap individually in tight plastic.
