Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. freshly popped popcorn, 1 (6 oz.) can dry roasted peanuts, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar and 1/4 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine popcorn and nuts in lightly greased 14 x 11 x 2-inch roasting pan.
Mix well and set aside.
Melt butter over low heat in medium saucepan.
Add brown sugar and honey; bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes without stirring.
Add vanilla, stirring well. Pour syrup over popcorn mixture, stirring until popcorn is evenly coated.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely and break into pieces.
