Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 qt. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white syrup, 1 c. margarine and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Divide popcorn into 2 greased 9 x 13 pans.
Boil sugar, syrup and margarine for 5 minutes after it comes to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir well and while still foaming, pour over popcorn.
Mix until coated.
Bake 1 hour at 250Β°. Stir about every 15 minutes to separate popcorn.
