Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 3 tbsp. dark corn syrup, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in saucepan; add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil; stir constantly.
Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Put popped corn in a large pan or bowl.
Pour syrup over popped corn and toss lightly until well coated.
