Caramel-Pineapple Whip Cream
Caramel-Pineapple Whip Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans eagle brand condensed milk, 2 cans pineapple (rings) and whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a saucepan, place the two cans of condensed milk.
Cover with cold water.
Place lid on saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Turn heat down to simmer (you will hear the water rumble).
Boil for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Place cans in refrigerator overnight.
Next day open cans on both ends.
The caramel will slide out.
Cut caramel into slices.
Place a slice of caramel on a pineapple ring; top with whipped cream.
