Caramel Pie
Caramel Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, caramelized, 1 c. milk, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 heaping tbsp. flour and 1 baked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Caramelize sugar to medium brown.
Dissolve with boiling water.
Add milk and bring to a boil.
Combine brown sugar, flour and egg yolks.
Add some of the boiling milk and blend well. Return to saucepan and cook until thick.
Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue and brown at 400Β° to a light brown.
