Caramel Pie
Caramel Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 2 egg yolks, 2 c. milk, 1 c. brown sugar and 2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
Add brown sugar and stir until golden brown.
Beat together egg yolks and cornstarch; add to milk.
Add milk mixture to skillet and stir until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
Bake in 450Β° oven until meringue is brown.
