Caramel Pecan Pie
Caramel Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pastry shell, 3 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. flour, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream butter, flour and sugar until smooth.
Beat egg.
Add milk, then stir into creamed mixture.
Cook in top of double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.
Cool, then add vanilla and pecans, lightly toasted.
(Microwave works well for this.)
Pour into pastry shell and chill.
Top with Cool Whip just prior to serving.
