Melt together caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Mix together 1/3 cup evaporated milk, cake mix, butter and nuts. Press 1/2 cake mixture into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 6 minutes (probably longer).
Remove from oven.
