Caramel Layer Chocolate Squares
Caramel Layer Chocolate Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 14 oz. bag caramels, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 6 oz. chocolate chips, 1 chocolate cake mix and 3/4 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Stir until melted.
Set aside.
Combine cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Stir until mixed.
Press 1/2 of this mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 350° for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle on top of crust the chocolate chips.
On top of chocolate chips, spread caramel mixture.
Spoon on remaining dough and bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350°.
