Caramel Icing
Caramel Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. light brown sugar, 6 tbsp. milk, 1 stick margarine, 1 pinch salt and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place light brown sugar and 6 tablespoons milk in pan.
Melt over medium heat.
Add melted margarine and salt.
Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes or until mixed.
Add 1/4 cup milk and stir. Remove from heat and cool for one minute.
Fold in powdered sugar and spread on cake.
