Caramel Icing
Caramel Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 large can evaporated milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat until drops of icing form a soft ball when dropped in cool water.
