Caramel Frosting
Caramel Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Margarine in large pan.
Blend in brown sugar and add salt.
Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk, to a boil and remove from heat.
Add vanilla and mix well.
If frosting is too thick to spread, add small amount of milk.
