Caramel Cream Pie
Caramel Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with baked pie shell, 1 can eagle brand milk, 2 oz. cream cheese, 12 oz. cool whip and 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix Eagle Brand milk, cream cheese and Cool Whip well for 2 minutes.
Put into pie shell.
Melt and mix together oleo and pecans in a saucepan to coat nuts.
Spread over top of pie. Drizzle caramel sauce over top.
Cover with foil.
Freeze.
Thaw slightly just to ease slicing stage.
Serve.
