Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 260°. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Pour mixture over popped corn in large roasting pan.
Stir until well coated.
Bake for 1 hour at 200°, stirring 3 or 4 times.
Store in airtight container.
