Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 2/3 c. packed brown sugar, 1/3 c. corn syrup, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large shallow baking dish, microwave butter on High until melted, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on High until boils, about 3 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes without stirring.
Stir in soda and vanilla.
Stir in popped popcorn.
Microwave on 75% for approximately 6 minutes.
Stir every 2 minutes to coat.
Cool 100%.
Break apart and store in tightly covered container.
Makes about 2 quarts.
