Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 2 sticks butter, 1/2 tsp. soda and pinch cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar, syrup and butter in saucepan.
Boil and cook approximately 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Pour in all at once.
Stir immediately over popcorn.
Bake in 200Β° oven for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Makes about 20 servings.
