Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. 8 oz. corn pops with yums, 1/2 c. butter (not soft margarine), 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In 2 qt. sauce pan mix butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to boil. Take off heat. Add baking soda. It will foam.
Pour sauce over corn pops or curls. On cake pan, stir until mixed. Bake in warm oven 250Β° for 45 minutes.
