Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. popped popcorn, 1-1/2 c. peanuts, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar and 1/4 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In 2 quart casserole, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute until comes to a boil.
Microwave 2 minutes more.
Then stir in baking soda, vanilla and nuts.
Place popped corn in a large brown paper bag.
Pour syrup over popped corn.
Stir well.
Microwave on high 1 minute.
Shake well.
Microwave on high 1 more minute.
Pour into container and stir to separate.
Store in air tight container.
