Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 gal. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. molasses and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil sugar, margarine and molasses for 1 minute.
Add soda; stir and pour quickly over popped corn.
Mix until coated.
Place on baking sheets.
