Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. dark corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large pan, boil together the first 4 ingredients.
Remove from heat.
Add the baking soda; stir well (it foams up a lot). Pour over the popped corn in a large roasting pan.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
Remove and stir while cooling. Store in an airtight container.
