Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter, 1/2 c. dark corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil quickly and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add soda; stir well.
Pour over popcorn in a large roasting pan and stir well.
Stir in peanuts, if desired.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes during baking.
