Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 8 quarts popped popcorn, 2 cubes butter or margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. clear corn syrup and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large pot, melt butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir quickly.
Pour over popcorn, coating well. Bake at 200Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
