Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 c. popcorn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt over medium heat until bubbly.
Cook 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Add soda; stir until foamy.
In large bowl pour mixture over popcorn. Mix until well coated.
Spread evenly on large cookie sheet.
Bake at 200Β° for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
