Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1 c. light brown sugar, 1/4 c. white syrup, 1 stick oleo and 1/4 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, mix sugar, syrup and butter.
Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add soda and salt.
Pour over corn.
Mix lightly and thoroughly.
In roaster or on large cookie sheet, bake at 200Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
