Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 c. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. oleo, 1/4 c. white corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Placed popped corn in 2 ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pans. In heavy saucepan, combine next 4 ingredients.
Bring to slow boil, continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in soda (will become foamy).
Pour over corn and stir until well coated.
Bake at 200Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
If storing, use plastic bag or airtight can.
