Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped popcorn, 2 c. dark brown sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. white corn syrup and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar, butter and syrup together.
Boil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Take off heat and stir in salt and vanilla.
Now pour over popped (hot air) popcorn in large metal pan and toss until corn is well covered with syrup.
Bake for 1 hour at 250Β°, stirring every 15 minutes.
Put a baking sheet under dish pan. Pour when done on wax paper to cool.
