Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped popcorn (remove "old maids" and set aside), 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks oleo or butter, 1/2 c. light karo syrup and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil together the brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Stir in soda (will foam up).
Pour into the popcorn.
Spread on cookie sheets.

Pour out on wax paper to cool.
