Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 2 sticks oleo (1 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon soda and a pinch of cream of tartar.
(This will be foamy.)
Pour over 8 quarts popped corn.
Bake at 200Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 20 minutes.
Place on two greased cookie sheets.
