Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped corn, unsalted, 1/4 c. molasses, 2 sticks melted margarine, 2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. karo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large pan, stir until it boils.
Boil 5 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon soda.
Pour over popped corn.
Bake in two 9 x 13-inch pans for 1 hour at 250Β°.
Stir every 15 minutes.
