Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. karo syrup (dark), 1 stick margarine and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add syrup and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes on stove top. Add soda and salt and stir. Pour over popcorn in brown grocery sack and shake or stir in large bowl. Microwave 1
1/2 minutes. Stir or shake. Microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
