Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. dark syrup, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. butter and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt.
Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Pour over popcorn immediately in large roasting pan.
Bake in a slow oven at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
After baking, stir continuously until cool.
Kernels will not stick.
