Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 qt. popped corn (depending on how much syrup you like), 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 lb. margarine, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix brown sugar, margarine, salt and corn syrup; boil over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add baking soda and stir.
Pour over popped popcorn in a large roaster.
Place in the oven at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 20 minutes.
Remove and cool.
