Caramel Cookies
Caramel Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter, 2 eggs, 3 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cream together sugar and butter.
Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture followed by nuts, vanilla and milk.
Form into two 2-inch rolls and wrap in waxed paper.
Refrigerate until firm.
Slice thin and bake on ungreased cookie sheets in 350Β° oven until brown.
Remove directly from sheets.
Cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
