Caramel Coffee Cake
Caramel Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed and broken in bits, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. cream and 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Put the bread dough in a greased pan, 9 x 9-inch.
Mix the margarine, sugar, cream and pudding and pour over the bread pieces.
If desired, sprinkle the mix with cinnamon and ground nutmeg.
Let the dough rise until doubled.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
