Melt caramels and cream over boiling water.
Keep warm. Combine flour, sugar, butter. Mix crumbs. Blend oil egg and water.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until dough forms. Roll to fit a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Combine apples, sugar, flour and lemon juice.
Cook about 20 minutes apples are partially tender; spread over crust.
Beat cheese, egg and sugar until smooth.
Drizzle caramel sauce in strips over apples.
Spoon cheese mixture in between caramel strips.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
