Caramel Candy
Caramel Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 2 tbsp. karo syrup, 1/4 c. butter and 1 c. pecans, broken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Measure sugar into a heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Remove 2 tablespoons of the sugar and melt until amber in a small saucepan. Combine the milk and Karo with the 2 cups sugar.
Heat on medium. Add melted sugar.
Cook on medium heat until soft stage.
Remove from heat.
Add butter.
Cool slightly.
Beat on high speed until it holds its shape.
Add pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls on foil.
