Caramel Brownies
Caramel Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, 1 (12 oz.) bag caramels, 1 (10 oz.) chocolate chips, 2/3 c. canned milk and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix cake mix with spoon with 1/3 cup milk, nuts (chopped) and melted margarine.
Batter will be thick.
Spread 1/2 batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch loaf cake pan.
Bake at 325° for 6 minutes. While this is baking, melt caramels in bowl with 1/3 cup milk.
I melt mine in microwave.
Stir every minute or so until all caramels are melted.
Remove cake from oven; spread melted caramels over all.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over all.
Drop rest of cake mix.
Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
