Caramel Apples(Club Member: Ashley Wilson) is an easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 medium apples, 14 oz. pkg. caramel candies, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and remove stems and blossoms from apples.
In top of double boiler over hot water, heat caramel, salt and water until mixture is smooth.
Keeping sauce over hot water, place each apple in hot sauce.
Spoon sauce over apples until apples are completely covered.
Insert skewer in stem end.
Remove apples from sauce and chill.
