Caramel Apple Crunch
Caramel Apple Crunch is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines caramel supreme deluxe cake mix, 1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can apple pie filling, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, if desired, 1/2 c. (1 stick) melted margarine and sweetened whipped cream, ice cream or coffee cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spread pie filling in the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
Combine dry cake mix, nuts and melted butter or margarine.
(Mixture will be crumbly.)
Sprinkle over pie filling and bake at 350° for 40 or 50 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or serve warm with coffee cream.
