Captain's Soup
Captain'S Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 medium onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (24 oz.) can v-8 juice or 1 can tomatoes, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook chopped onion in a small amount of oil until yellow and soft.
Add ground beef and cook, stirring, until chunks are gone and all pink has left meat.
Add juice and soups; continue cooking, stirring constantly, until about boiling.
Then add the frozen vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes until vegetables are done.
