Canned Grape Jelly Made From Frozen Concentrate Juice is an easy dinner. Made with 6 1/2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. water, 1 bottle liquid pectin and 3 (6 oz.) cans frozen concentrated grape juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Stir sugar into water.
Place on high heat, stirring constantly; bring quickly to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down.
Boil hard for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the pectin.
Add thawed concentrated grape juice and mix well. Pour immediately in hot containers (jelly jars) and seal.
Makes 8 to 9 (8 ounce) glasses.
