Canine Liver Delight
Canine Liver Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork or beef liver, 1 c. corn meal, 3/4 c. flour and 2 eggs (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend liver in blender until mushy.
Mix all ingredients and stir well.
Place in lightly greased square pan (8 or 9-inch). Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
When cool, store in small freezer bags in freezer until ready to use.
