Candy Strawberries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes strawberry jell-o, 3/4 c. eagle brand milk, 1 c. finely shredded coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans (fine) and 1 box red sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Using small teaspoon, make a roll of mixture long, shaping like a strawberry.
Roll in red sugar; dip top end in green sugar.
