Candy Kiss Cookies
Candy Kiss Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat shortening and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended.
Add sugars and beat until fluffy.
Add milk, egg & vanilla.
Beat well.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat mixture gradually into peanut butter mixture. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Immediately press a kiss into center of each cookie.
Cool on cookie sheet a few minutes before removing.
