Candied Yams

Boil yams with skin on.

Cool yams off slightly and peel off skin. Cream butter, eggs and sugar together.
Add milk, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly firm.
Add marshmallows on top and put in broil to roast marshmallows.
