Candied Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Simmer all ingredients, but pecans, in a skillet for about 4 minutes, until mixture forms a thread from spoon.
Remove from fire and stir in pecans.
Continue to stir until syrup forms a sugar coating all over the nuts.
Cool separately so the nuts won't stick together.
