Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine eggs, milk and salad oil.
Add to flour mixture, beating well. Stir in 1 cup candied fruit and 1/2 cup nuts.
Turn into greased loaf pan and bake at 350Β° about 50 minutes or until done.
Remove from pan and cool.
Wrap and store overnight.
