👨🍳 Instructions
Bring sugar, water and salt to hard ball stage or 250° on candy thermometer.
Put Marshmallow Crème in mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup.
Beat until stiff and stands in peaks.
Fold in vanilla and pecans.
Drop by spoonful onto plate or wax paper.
